OBITUARY
Nancy Ling Horne, age 71 of Yanceyville, NC formerly of Tazewell, VA, died Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at her home. Born December 3, 1944 at Tazewell, VA, she was a daughter of the late Raymond and Nannie Mae Chambers Flanagin. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Eugene Ling; sisters, Ruby Flanagin and Dorothy Swim; brother, Wayne Douglas Flanagin who died April 4, 2016.
She is survived by her husband, Wayne Douglas Horne; son, David Ling of Fort Knox, KY; two brothers, Harrison ?Buddy? Flanagin and Susan Griffith of North Tazewell, VA, and Richard Matney and Pat of Dix Creek, VA; three sisters, Dale Ketchum and husband, John of Mudfork, VA, Linda Williamson and husband, Bernard and Shirley Horne and husband, Earl all of North Tazewell, VA; two granddaughters, Lisa Hansil and Amber Davies; six great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild expected in November.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 PM Monday, May 9, 2016 at Peery St. Clair Funeral Home Chapel in Tazewell, VA with the Reverend Jim Horn officiating. Burial will follow at Grandview Memory Gardens in Bluefield, VA. Nephews will serve as pallbearers.
