Joseph Harry Perkins. age 81 of the Big A. Mountain section of Honaker,Va., passed away Aug. 16, 1998, in Johnston Memorial Hospital,in Abingdon, Virginia.
He was born in Buchanan County,the son of the late Walter V. snd Margaret Elizabeth Lockhart Perkins. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first. wife, Ollie Keen Perkins.
