    Walla Walla County, Court Records..Case # 18756..Petition to Sell land and divide proceeds.. Mary M. Fudge, is the widow of Adam Fudge, who died testate 20 May 1901. He left land located in Whitman County to his widow, Mary M. Fudge and his children: Adna Sweeney nee Fudge; and William C. Fudge. William C. Fudge deeded his part of the land to his ex-wife, Minnie S. Fudge.  Mary M. Fudge says the land is such that it cannot be partitioned and is asking the Court to order it sold, and the proceeds divided between her, Adna Sweeney and Minnie S. Fudge.  So ordered by the Court on 23 May 1934.
