- In 1799 he sold his farm, 50 acres, in Newington on the road from Piscataqua Bridge to Greenland to Joseph Langdon and bought 100 acres in the extreme northwest corner of Parsonfield, Me, bounded north by the Ossipee river and west by New Hampshire. In 1809 he conveyed this farm to his son Joseph C. Huntress except 57 acres theretofore conveyed to his son John F. Huntress.
