- Landed in Jamestown, July 23, 1700 on the ship Peter E. Anthony which had sailed from Gravesend England in the spring of 1700. Settled in Virginia, First James City Co., then Goochland, now Powhatan Co. in 1703 at Mannakintowne. No authentic records available. Records burned. The "Huguenot" No. 2 Pg. 17 give date of birth and death of Jacques. Was Secretary at King William Parish in 1744.,, [1]
