  Notes	OBITUARY Cora Bell McGlohtlin 71, of the Grissom Creek section of Council, died Sunday, April 26, 2009 at the home following a brief illness. Born January 16, 1938 in Buchanan Co., VA., she was the daughter of Arthur Lee and Delania Austin Hess. A lifelong resident of the Buchanan County area, she was a graduate of Council High School and had formerly been employed as an inspector for Jacqueline Manufacturing in Richlands. She was of the Methodist faith. In addition to her parents, she was proceeded in death by her husband, Jones Justin McGlothlin; one brother, Hampton G. Hess, and two infant brothers, Carlis and Harlis Hess. She is survied by two daughters, Brenda G. Boyd and husband James, of Oakwood and Merinda Horn and husband Jimmy of Osborne Mt.; one son Adrin McGlothlin and wife Barbara, of Grissom Creek; two grandsons, Douglas McGlothlin and James A. Boyd and wife Sara; one sister Virginia Jacqueline Fletcher and husband Kenneth, of Hurricane Creek; one brother Elbert G. Hess and wife Maxine of Grissom Creek; one sister-in-law Marlene Hess of Miami, Fl. special friend, Lowey Childress; several nicees and nephews. Services were held Wednesday in Honaker with the Rev. Guy Harris officiating. Interment followed in the Austin Cemetery at Venia. Pallbearers were relatives and friends.
