She was born in Buchanan County Virginia and was a daughter of the late Robert and Florence Edgar Moore Chambers both Buchanan County natives. She had made her home in the area most of her life and attended the Osborn Mountain Pentecostal Holiness Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband--Robert Lowe; sons Elmer Lowe, Ted Lowe and Larry Lowe; sisters Mary Chambers Lowe, Marge Chambers Riley and Edith Chambers Rose; brothers Clarence Chambers and Claude Chambers. Survivors are her second husband--Theodore Osborne; daughters--Sylvia Jean Lowe Bunch of Robins Tenn and Doris Lowe Smith Cantrell of Shortt Gap Virginia; sons Arie Lowe of Cleveland Ohio, Oscar Lowe of Martinsville Virginia and Ellis Lowe of Swords Creek Virginia; brothers Walt Chambers of Pounding Mill Virginia, Paul Chambers of Tazewell Virginia, Ira Chambers of High Point North Carolina and Sherman Chambers of Doran Virginia; and 15 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at eleven Saturday at the Hurst-Scott Funeral Home in Richlands Virginia with the Rev. Clyde rose officiating. Burial will be in the Osborn Mtn. Cemetery at Grimsleyville Virginia.
