Born in Amonate, VA, she was the daughter of the late James Keyser Christian and Margaret Eugenia Howery Christian and wife of the late Pearry R. Bandy. She was a resident of Harford County for 52 years, loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and enjoyed fishing, gardening and arranging flowers. Mrs. Bandy is survived by her daughters, Patricia Ann Walter and husband, Tom, of Aberdeen, Diane Bandy of Abingdon and Kimberly Sue Plutto and husband, Tony, of Owings; brothers, Bob Christian of Tazewell, VA and Jim Christian of Melrose, FL; sister, Shirley Utke of San Martin, CA; and a sister-in-law, Betty Christian of Tazewell, Va., grandchildren, Hope Smith, Summer Plutto and Siara Plutto; and a great-grandchild, Destiny Smith. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her son, Mark Bandy; a sister Betsy Christian, and brothers Tom and Walter Christian. Those who desire may make a donation to the A.M.C.
