  Notes	OBITUARY The Courier-Journal, Louisville KY from 12 April 2007 ? 13 April 2007. Judith Rice Pallo, 69 of Louisville, died Tuesday, April 10, 2007 after a short illness. Born December 11, 1937 in Springfield, IL, Judy grew up and lived most of her life in Louisville. After raising her family, Judy graduated from the University of Louisville with a degree in social work and was employed in the private sector by Catholic Charities. In 1989, Judy opened Liberty House as its acting director and for 10 years Liberty House served the city's homeless teenagers. She then moved to private adoptions where she helped many people realize their dreams of completing their families. Judy's family would like to thank all of the dedicated medical professionals who assisted in her recent care. Judy is survived by a son, John A. Pallo; her daughter, Kathryn Pallo; her son-in-law, William Edwards, Jr.; and her beloved granddaughter, Chelsea Kidd. Visitation will be held at Pearson's 149 Breckenridge Lane from 1-4 p.m., Saturday, April 14.
