She was the wife of the late Charles Winsor. She was born in Peabody, Mass., on Feb. 23, 1939, to Sidney V. and Nellie M. (Hartman) Newton and had resided there most of her life. She was a graduate of Peabody High School. She worked for many years with the cafeteria department of the Peabody School System. Later, she worked at Analog Devices in Wakefield, Mass., as an inspector for many years prior to her retirement. Family includes her sister, Phyllis A. (Newton) Cosman of Peabody; her four sons, James E. LaBelle of Hillsboro, Ore., Robert A. LaBelle of Manchester, N.H., Mark S. LaBelle of Willingboro, N.J., and Richard P. LaBelle of Grand Prairie; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and cousins. SERVICES: A visitation will be held on Sunday from 4 to 7 p.m. at Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody. Services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 16 Washington St., Peabody. Burial in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Peabody.
