  Notes	Note from Peter David Whitaker There is a surviving record for the 1831 census (extremely rare to be preserved) which shows a John and Sarah Whitaker in Ossett. In the first census to be preserved in 1841 he is listed as Head of the Household, living with Sarah on The Green, Westside, Ossett. He was a weaver. citing Death Certificate the cause of death is shown as Urethral Bladder Problems
