  Clinch Valley News, 10 June 1932 Healing Springs The revival meeting which has been in progress at Brown's Chapel, was well attended. When the pastor, Rev. JOURELMON, began this revival two newly wed couples were among the worshippers present: Mr. and Mrs. Oscar BROOKS and Mr. and Mrs. Paul MCBRIDE. Mrs. BROOKS, before her marriage, was Miss Mamie WRIGHT, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Troy WRIGHT. Mr. BROOKS is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Rufus BROOKS. Mrs. McBRIDE was Miss Brookie BEAVERS, of English; Mr. MCBRIDE is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel MCBRIDE formerly attended Healing Springs School.
