Mrs. Whittaker, 96, of Warsaw was a daughter of John & Delia Gagnon Fortin. She moved to this area in 1957. Her husband, Steve Whittaker died in 1993. She was the mother of the late Theresa Raptis and sister of the late John, George, Romeo and Josephine Fortin.

Suvivirs include 4 daughters, Claire Kent, Shirley (Eugene) Gayford, Joan Bailey and Sandra (Chuck) Rolland; 2 sons, Albert (Georgette) Kent and Charles (Betsy) Kent; 21 grandchildren; and great and great-great grandchildren
