LAND RECORDS
William had bought some 400 acres of land from John Talley on 9 Oct. 1733. The land is now in Amelia County, but at that time was in Prince Edward County, VA. Williams' brother, Abraham also bought 400 acres from the same man at the same time.

His Will was dated 19 July 1744. He left his son Thomas a tract called "Horsepen", his son William 652 acres "where I live." He left his son Filmer 1000 acres. Each of Williams' daughters, Martha and Amey Green were left a slave.
