OBITUARY

Ruth was born December 13, 1935 in Atchison, KS to Alma (Kauffman) and George Blagg. She was a 1953 graduate of Atchison High School. Ruth married Herbert Lee Chrisjohn on January 3, 1954 in Atchison. They moved to several places during Herbert's military service in the U S Air Force and then settled in Olathe. Ruth worked in the accounting departments of the Country Club Bank on the Plaza and First National Bank in Olathe. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Olathe. Ruth enjoyed bowling and playing cards. She loved watching and supporting her family in their many activities. Ruth cherished having breakfasts and lunches with her many special friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Herbert, brothers James and Robert Blagg, and sister Dorothy Gerber. Ruth is survived by her 3 children, Susan G. Hines and husband Tom of Wellsville, KS, Deborah L. McGuire and husband Larry and David B. Chrisjohn and wife Jayne, all of Spring Hill, KS; eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Ruth will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
