OBITUARY

Ellis Perry Lowe, age 55, of Swords Creek, Virginia passed away on Sunday, January 26, 2014 at his home.

He was born in Richlands, Virginia and was the son of the late Robert Lowe and Nannie Bell Chambers Lowe Osborne. Ellis was of the Pentecostal faith and lived most of his life in the Swords Creek area. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Jean Bunch; and four brothers, Elmer Lowe, Ted Lowe, Oscar Lowe, and Larry Lowe.

He is survived by His Wife, Carol Cantrell Lowe, daughter Amber Lynn Lowe; sons Nicholas Cody Lowe, Joseph Allen Lowe and wife, Melinda of Richlands, Virginia and Robert Perry Lowe of Richlands, Virginia; sister Doris Cantrell and husband, Ronnie of Shortt Gap, Virginia; brother Arie Lowe and wife, Cookie of Cleveland, Ohio; special granddaughter, Autumn Bell Lowe; two step Granddaughters Courtney Hardy and Tiffany Hardy, and a host of family and friends also survive.

A special thanks to Independent Home Health of Lebanon, Virginia, Staff of Lebanon Dialysis, the crew of Mercy Ambulance, Dr. Dwight Bailey and Dr. Ernest Henry.

A memorial service for Ellis Perry Lowe will be conducted at 8:00 pm on Wednesday, January 29, 2014 at the Hurst-Scott Funeral Chapel in Richlands, Virginia with the Rev. Dennis White officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm ? 8:00 pm on Wednesday evening.

OBITUARY

Nannie Bell Chambers Lowe Osborne,73, of Shortt Gap Virginia passed away Wednesday Sept 22 1999 in a Richlands Virginia hospital following a lengthy illness.

She was born in Buchanan County Virginia and was a daughter of the late Robert and Florence Edgar Moore Chambers both Buchanan County natives.

She had made her home in the area most of her life and attended the Osborn Mountain Pentecostal Holiness Church.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband--Robert Lowe; sons Elmer Lowe, Ted Lowe and Larry Lowe; sisters Mary Chambers Lowe, Marge Chambers Riley and Edith Chambers Rose; brothers Clarence Chambers and Claude Chambers.

Survivors are her second husband--Theodore Osborne; daughters--Sylvia Jean Lowe Bunch of Robins Tenn and Doris Lowe Smith Cantrell of Shortt Gap Virginia; sons Arie Lowe of Cleveland Ohio, Oscar Lowe of Martinsville Virginia and Ellis Lowe of Swords Creek Virginia; brothers Walt Chambers of Pounding Mill Virginia, Paul Chambers of Tazewell Virginia, Ira Chambers of High Point North Carolina and Sherman Chambers of Doran Virginia; and 15 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted at eleven Saturday at the Hurst-Scott Funeral Home in Richlands Virginia with the Rev. Clyde rose officiating.

Burial will be in the Osborn Mtn. Cemetery at Grimsleyville Virginia.
