OBITUARY

Janez Bohannon Argo, age 78 of Whitesburg, passed away Tuesday, January 20, 2015. She was born March 01, 1936 in Carroll County to the late Claude Bohannon and Bessie Mae Morrow. She worked as an educator for Whitesburg Elementary for more than twenty years and was a member of Whitesburg Christian Church.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Bobby E. Argo; brothers, Cecil Bohannon, Carl Bohannon, Donald Bohannon, and Bobby Bohannon; and sisters, Billie Bohannon, Nellie Agan, and Ruby Richardson.

Survivors include her daughters and sons in law, Penny & Eddie Huckeba and Patty & Kenny Yancey all of Whitesburg; sister, Carrie Mae Odom; brother, Frank Bohannon; sisters in law, Louise Gresham, Hazel Watts and Magdaline Bohannon; grandchildren, Brandy & Nicole Yancey, Heather & Adrian Zellefrow, Daniel & Katie Huckeba; and great grandchildren, Mackenzie Yancey, Brantley Yancey, Morgan Zellefrow, and Samuel Huckeba.

Funeral service will be conducted Friday, January 23, 2015 at 11:00 AM from Martin & Hightower Heritage Chapel with Min. Barry Shoemake and Rev. J.M. ?Buck? Jones officiating. Interment will follow in Carroll Memory Garden with Randy Knight performing graveside service.

Pallbearers will be Troy Odom, Dustin Gresham, David Gresham, Pat Smith, Keith Harris, Jeff Ellis, Pete Cobb and Bryson Shoemake. The family will receive friends Thursday, January 22, 2015 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Martin & Hightower Heritage Chapel.

Martin & Hightower Heritage Chapel of Carrollton has charge of the arrangements.
