OBITUARY

A soldier died today, Wednesday, January 2, 2008. He was very proud of his twenty-three years in the Air Force and a Vietnam veteran.

Bobby Dale Holsapple, son of Opal and Jack Holsapple, was born in Shawnee, Oklahoma on October 17, 1932.

Survivors include his wife of fifty-two years, Johnye; daughter, Barbara Loftis and her husband Dennis of Missouri; son, Jerry Holsapple of Missouri; and sister, Jackie Tucker of Arkansas.

His parents; and two sons, Kip and Kraig Holsapple preceded him in death.

Bobby Dale was a member of the ALS Support Group, Elks Lodge #311, VVA, and American Legion.

He was a loving husband, a caring father, and a loyal friend.

Cremation arrangements were handled by Broussard's, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. His cremated body will be taken to Central, Texas.

OBITUARY

Johnye Faye Lyons Holsapple, 80, of Beaumont, died Monday, January 30, 2012, at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas, Beaumont.

She was born August 10, 1931, to Lois Aten Lyons and John Powell Lyons in Georgetown. Johnye was a homemaker and a member of the Elks Lodge #311.

Survivors include her brother, Dr. Jack A. Lyons and his wife, Dorlyne of Hearne.

Johnye is preceded in death by her parents; husband of fifty-two years, Bobby Dale Holsapple; sons, Kip Henry and Kraig Holsapple.

A family committal will be held at Broussard's Crematorium under the direction of Broussard's, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Humane Society of Southeast Texas, P.O. Box 1629, Beaumont, Texas 77704.
