Edward Webb

Services for Edward Webb, 84, who was born at Nutrioso, in Apache County, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Memory Lawn Mortuary, 719 N. 27th Ave. burial will be in Memory Lawn Cemetery. Mr. Webb died Friday in Riverside, Calif.

He had been in the candy manufacturing business and lived in Phoenix, Safford and Tucson before going to California. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and spent his childhood at Central.

Survivors include a son, Lyman T. of Alhambra, Calif., two daughters, Mrs. Thelma Cryst of Riverside, and Mrs. Lucille Miller of Los Angeles; a brother, George A. of Mesa; two sisters, Mrs. Winnie Whitmer of Mesa and Mrs. Delilah Mecham of Safford; three brothers and two sisters out of state, and six grandchildren.

Edward married Grace Jewell TATE. Grace (daughter of Martin Van Buren TATE and Margaret Vining) was born 27 May 1891, Turner's Point, Kaufman Co. TX; died 07 Jan 1964, Riverside Co. CA; was buried , Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery, Phoenix, Maricopa Co. AZ. [Group Sheet]
