Born September 23, 1923, in Bramwell, W.Va., Mary Ann was the daughter of the late Ruth Herndon Whitley and the stepdaughter of the late S. Allen Whitley of Roanoke, Va. She was also the daughter of the late Frank Biggs of Bramwell. She grew up in Roanoke, and attended Jefferson High School and Longwood College. She was an avid bridge player, wonderful cook, and a loving wife and mother. She was the widow of the late Henry Nicholas Prillaman Jr. of Virginia Beach. She is survived by her husband, James Pohler, of Weeki Wachee, Fla.; her son, Allen Prillaman, and his wife, Challis Fox Prillaman, of Hermitage, Tenn.; her daughter, Beth Prillaman Witt of Richmond, Va.; half-sister, Elizabeth M. Biggs of Richmond, Va.; four grandchildren, Alice Witt Jamison and her husband, Harrison, of Lawrenceville, Va., Anna Witt Reed and her husband, Scott, of Richmond, Erin Prillaman Greggs and her husband, Mitchell, of Brimingham, Ala., and Nicholas Prillaman of Montgomery, Ala.; and great-granddaughter Mary Morgan Jamison of Lawrenceville, Va. He moved to Prince William County in 1939 where he managed the Whitmore Farm in Catharpin. He also lived in Hickory Grove and Waterfall before building his home in Centreville in 1958. He pastored the Brentsville Assembly of God Church from 1957-1967, when the congregation built the Bristow Assembly of God Church where he pastored until 1981. He was also a veteran of World War II. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Anna Keene McGlothlin, in 1983; four grandchildren, Mark and John Mills, Sally Mills Blouin and Todd Dawson; one great grandson, Corey Reese; and 12 brothers and sisters. Survivors: wife, Rev. Linda Kennedy McGlothlin; daughters, Cathy LouElla Smith and Margie J.
