Initially their home was on Sunny Side Road, east side of Indian Neck. Later they moved to "Wayside" on Owens Mill Road less than a mile west of their original home. John was a "General Farmer". They had two children, John Dabney Hutchinson and Ann Hutchinson Tyler. After Boss Jack's death, Lizzie moved to Richmond. She ran a boarding house in the Fan district (Clay Ward block 84). TX at the age of 39. He died at the age of 90, with members of UDC, UCV and Chaves County Bar Assocation taking part in the funeral service. He was buried beside his wife who died 13 years prior. Ed Tyson, 85, died at her home here this morning following an illness that kept her confined to her home since last June. Before her marriage to Mr. Tyson, who died in March 1942, she was Miss Mary Martilla Pittman. She was born on April 1, 1863, a daughter of the late William E. Pittman and Mrs. Rozella Hammond Pittman of Wisharts Township. She was a member of the East Lumberton Baptist Church and the Woman's Missionary Society, and was a regular attendent at all services, until she was confined to her home by her last illness. She possessed a quiet, unassuming disposition and a sense of humor, was gentle and patient in her manner. Her Christian influence was felt and she was greatly beloved by those who knew her. She is survived by 5 daughters; Mrs. C. A. Crump of the home, Mrs. Iola Edmund of near Lumberton, Mrs. Earl A. Crump of Wilson, Mrs. C. D. Brothers and Mrs. Earl Tuton of Lumberton; 3 sons, W. He was a member of the Caroline County School Board for over 30 years and a steward of St. Paul's Methodist Church. Luther married Lucy Gwynn Fox on June 7, 1905. Pat?s father died of a massive heart attack at the early age of 43 leaving his mother who had no working skills to raise the remaining nine children left in the home. Because they lived in a coal miner?s house that had to be vacated thirty days after his father?s death, the family moved to an old shack that had no plumbing and an outdoor water well high in the mountains of Roderfield, W. Virginia. Because of the abject poverty and the health conditions of the children, Donna, Pat and Mike were adopted at the age of three and two months by their Uncle and Aunt, Robert and Ida Mae Dolina and brought to Tulsa to spend the rest of their childhood growing up in the historical Tracey Park addition. They brought to them the lifelong home in Tulsa. Pat had a 39 year separation from his birth family, not knowing his natural mother, brothers and sisters. In 1989, by Divine Intervention, Donna, Pat, Mike and families traveled back to Welch, W. Virginia to the home of their oldest sister Bernice to meet all of their other brothers, sisters and family members. Alexander for 5 years for $25.00 and there is also a record that in March 1818, Hezekiah, Jr., paid Samuel Glen for schooling Julius. It seems that Hezekiah, Jr. looked after his sister, and later, in 1826 took Julius as an apprentice to the joiner's and cabinetmaker's trades, undoubtedly to serve under him.
