Loretta Bell (Dunn) Bond, age 74, passed from this life on March 9, 2011, at Medical Center Hospital in Odessa.
She was born in Garvin County, Oklahoma on November 25, 1936 to Oliver Lafate Dunn and Pearl Pauline (Buckner) Dunn.
On June 20, 1955, she married Jasper Bond in Jal, NM. They enjoyed over 55 years of marriage before he preceded her on her Heavenly journey January 7, 2011. She was a member of the Cornerstone First Assembly of God Church.
Mrs. Bond leaves to cherish her loving memory two sons: Kendal Jasper Bond of Odessa and Leslie Wayne Bond and wife Abigail Ann of Jal; daughter: Sharon Kay Clary of Odessa; three brothers: Royce Dunn and wife Glenda of Kermit, Doyle Dunn and wife Lois of Odessa, and Alton Dunn and wife Peggy of Jal, NM; sister: Karon Moffett of Las Cruces, NM; grandchildren: Chad, Jonathan, Candace, Michael, Summer, Misty, Amanda, Chiane, and Becky; and numerous great-grandchildren.
Her parents; her husband: Jasper Bond; and one granddaughter: Crystal Kay Clary, precede her in death.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, March 12, 2011, at Cornerstone Worship Center, 1821 East Yukon, Odessa, officiated by Rev. Johnnie Storz.
Interment will follow at Kermit Cemetery in Kermit, TX at 1 p.m.

Louise Angeline (Aten) Madison, age 82, passed away on Tuesday, August 17, 2010. She was born in D'Hanis, Medina County, TX, on October 16, 1928 to Katherine Saathoff and Ivan F. Aten.
In 1946, she married Dixon F. Madison in Guadalupe County, TX, and began her life as the wife of a career military man. Together, they raised 7 children while moving throughout the nation and abroad in Texas, Georgia, Alabama, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Germany, Washington, Arizona, California and Nevada. Louise worked in a variety of fields for several different companies and the U.S. government. A few of those include: Mather AFB (CA), Rockwell Corp. (OK), SW Bell Telephone (OK), Ft. Huachuca (AZ), Army Depot (Germany), Marina Casino (NV) and at the Tulsa International Airport (OK). She was also a member of the Naomi Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star, Grand Chapter of Oklahoma. Louise, known for her good natured spirit, gentle manner and easy sense of humor was very much loved by her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband after 61 years of marriage, her parents, her sister Gertrude Steele, her brother F. E. Aten. Louise is survived and will be greatly missed by her children: Marlene Lawson (Gordon)of Okmulgee, OK, Melinda Lambert (Dick) of Carmichael, CA, Suzanne Barr of Woodbridge, VA, Mark Madison (Cindi) of Tucson, AZ, Tena Alexander of Tulsa, OK, Julie Boland (Marty) of Herndon, VA, and Lisa Kuhlman (Steven) of Collegedale, TN. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 27, 2010, 10:00 AM, Floral
Haven Funeral Home Chapel. A graveside service will follow at Ft. Gibson National Cemetery where she will be laid to rest next to her husband. Memorial contributions can be made in her name to the Alzheimer Association or to the Lucky Dawg Rescue.

OBITUARY
Ms. Margaret Faye Vipperman Holyfield, age 74 of Ararat, NC passed away Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at Forsyth Medical Center.
Ms. Holyfield was born in Stokes County on December 20, 1938 to Arlis Wendell and Pauline Cook Vipperman. She was a loving mother, grandmother and friend to so many.
Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Debra and Fred Caudle of Mt. Airy; a son, Lanney Holyfield of the home; grandchildren, Cindy H. Lorish and husband Brian; Adam Holyfield, Jeremy Wilson and girlfriend Amy; great grandchildren, Brittany and Blake Kornbrust; her ex-husband and very special friend, James Holyfield; sisters and brothers-in-law, Phyllis and Alton Clement, Judy and Raeford Gammons and RuthCarol Vipperman; brothers and a sister-in-law, Kelly and Becky Vipperman and Teddy Vipperman and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to her parents, Ms. Holyfield was preceded in death by a brother Oza Vipperman and a nephew Andy Vipperman.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, January 26, 2013 at Asbury Pentecostal Holiness Church by Rev. Barry Clement. The family will receive friends at Moody Funeral Home from noon until the time to depart for the cemetery.
The family requests in lieu of flowers, memorials be sent to 888 Sheep Farm Rd., Mt. Airy, to assist with funeral expenses.

BLUEFIELD-Margaret V. Neel of Route 4, Box 310, Bluefield, died Thursday, Oct. 25, 2001 at Westwood Health Care Center in Bluefield, VA.
Born March 3, 1915, in Bramwell, she was a daughter of the late Graham Moore and Alpha Roy Moore.
Mrs. Neel had been a resident of Nemours for 56 years and was a homemaker. She was a graduate of Bramwell High School.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, David H. Neel Jr.; a daughter, Margaret Jean Cromer; three sisters and a brother.
Survivors include a brother, B.G. Moore of Bramwell; sister, Ruth Whitson of Knoxville, Tenn.; nephew, Donald Mahaffey of Knoxville; and niece, Genevieve Sue Lucas of True.
Graveside rites will be conducted at 1 p.m. today at Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in BlueweIl with the Rev. D. Homer Stewart officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
Those attending the graveside rites are asked to meet at Cravens Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell by 12:30 p.m. today.
