(Evans) Yeaton, 78, of Georgetown, died Friday August 20, 2010 at the Holy Family Hospital, surrounded by her family. Anna was born in Middleton on February 9, 1932 to Benjamin and Thelma Evans. She has a younger sister Thelma and an older brother, the late Clement Evans and his wife, Jennie, of Texas. She graduated from Danvers High School, marrying her sweetheart Robert L. Yeaton, on June 16, 1951. Anna's first job was as a practical nurse for Pleasant View Manor of Haverhill discovering her calling, as a loving caregiver, and as a private duty caregiver to many people for over the next 50 years. She was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister and nana, always putting her family first. She was forever nurturing her family and always full of fun, even a little mischievous at times. Throughout her life, she enjoyed attending church, teaching Sunday School, PTA, and raising four children, whom many of their friends call her mom/nana too. She loved all children spent many hours with her home and kitchen full, teaching many how to cook. Anna loved animals, and hers will miss her greatly. Later in life, she and her husband traveled all over the US and Canada in their motor home. She and Robert especially loved Alaska, which they went to twice! She was his co-pilot! They took along the grand children or other family on many of their trips. Anna will be deeply missed by her husband, of almost 60 years, Robert L. Yeaton. She is survived by her sister, Thelma Evans, formerly of Middleton, now residing in Albany, NH; her children, sons Robert B. and Scott L. Yeaton of Georgetown, and two daughters, Darlene and husband Stephen Ryan, of Bradford, and Heather and husband Stephen Genett, of Lawrence; grandchildren, Benjamin & Dianne Ryan of Georgetown, Heather & Marc Elbin of Bradford, Kyle, Gordon and Austin Genett of Lawrence; great grandchildren, Charis, Elijah and Grace Ryan; and Tinkerbell, Katherine. Arrangements: No calling hours, but Family and friends may attend the memorial service on Thursday, August 26th at 1pm at the Conte Funeral Home, 14 Pleasant St, Georgetown, MA. Mr. Mutter is survived by his wife, Beulah Widner Stump Mutter; stepdaughter, Tammy McKinnon and husband Jimmy;stepson, Jerry Leonard and wife Brenda; grandchildren, Sydney McKinnon, Ezra McKinnon, Christopher Leonard, and Erika Leonard; sisters, Orpha Reid and husband Jim, Eugenia Tatum; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held 6pm Friday, December 21, 2012 in the Weaver Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Fred Reynolds officiating. The burial will be 11:00 am Saturday in Susong Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4:30 to 6:00 pm prior to the service Friday at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Larry Gardner, John Lane, Glen Widner, Zachary Hughes, Rev. Gordon Hughes, and Rev. Jimmy Phillips.
