She was born Feb. 12, 1926, in Chattanooga, daughter of the late Frank and Anna Jeanetta (Partin) Mayberry. She worked as a data processor at Cumberland Medical Center and was a member of Central Baptist Church. She is survived by her son, James Kenneth Chadwick of Crossville; daughters, Rita Steelman (William) of Advance, NC, and Carol Wilson of Crossville; and sister, Nola Powell of Knoxville. She is also survived by five grandchildren and one great-grandchild. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Frank Ray Mayberry, and sisters, Edna White, Reitha Sheffield and Virginia Webb. Funeral services were held at Central Baptist Church June 24, with Bro. Roland Smith officiating. Interment was in Crossville City Cemetery. Pallbearers were Scott White, Kory Wilson, Brian Wilson, Lewis Taylor, Layne Jennings and Melvin Davis. Bilbrey Funeral Home, Inc. (www.bilbreyfh.com) was in charge of the arrangements.
