  Notes	OBITUARY Hubert Randolph Horne, age 74 of Cedar Bluff, Virginia passed away on Tuesday, March 10, 2015 in Tazewell, Virginia following a lengthy illness. He was born in Pilgrims Knob, Virginia and was the son of the late Henry J. and Belvie Ward Horne. He was a graduate of Whitewood High School Class of 1959 and went to support his family be working in coal mines for both Island Creek Coal Company and Jewell Smokeless. He was a proud member of the UMWA Local# 1509 of Oakwood, Virginia. Hubert was a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather and friend. He was of the Baptist faith and was a lifelong resident of the Buchannan and Tazewell County areas. Those who remain to carry on his spirit are: His loving wife, Anna Lee Boyd Horne of Cedar Bluff, VA Daughter, Teresa Lynn Short and husband, Jerry of Clarksville, TN Sons: Randall Lee Horne and wife Barbara of Dinwiddie, VA Jeffery Lee Horne and wife Robin, of Pilgrims Knob, VA Sisters, Lorrine Jackson and Juanita Keene both of Pilgrims Knob, VA Brother, Wayne Horne of Grundy, VA Grandchildren, Jonathan Horne, Sara Horne and Matthew Horne Funeral services for Hubert Randolph Horne will be conducted at 2:00pm on Saturday, March 14, 2015 at the Hurst-Scott Funeral Chapel in Richlands, Virginia with the Rev. Paul Rife and Rev. Roger Keene officiating. Interment will follow at the Greenhills Memory Gardens in Claypool Hill, Virginia. Pallbearers will be, Randall Horne, Jamie Hackworth, Richard Vandyke, C.B. Vandyke, R.B. Hurley and Jerry Short. Honorary Pallbearers will be Sammy Barnett, Elmer Burke, Ray Honaker, Paul Rife and Roger Keene. The visitation will be held on Saturday beginning at 1:00pm until time of service at 2:00pm at the Hurst-Scott Funeral Chapel in Richlands, Virginia.
