  Notes	OBITUARY Cameron News Observer, Cameron, MO; 2 March 1949 H.E. RICE PASSED AWAY Mr. Henry E. Rice passed away at his home on east Second street Wednesday morning at 9:30. He had only been ill two days and was suddenly taken worse Tuesday night. The remains will lie in state at the Poland Funeral Home and funeral arrangements will be announced later. He is survived by the wife of the home, three daughters, Mrs. Clifford Myers of Turney, Mrs. Joseph Wright of Ventura, Calif., and Mrs. Charles Logue, Cameron; three sons, Walter Rice of Richmond, Calif., Milton Rice, of the home and Glee Rice of Dayton, Ohio. Also a number of grandchildren and other relatives and a host of friends. --------- Cameron News Observer, Cameron, MO; 3March 1949 Funeral services for the late Mr. H.E. Rice will be held at the Poland Funeral chapel, Friday at 2 p.m. The Elder R.S. Budd of Polo will be in charge of the services. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
