  Notes	OBITUARY Mrs. Estha Ball, age 81, of Council, Virginia passed away Tuesday (July 28, 2015) in a Lebanon, Virginia hospital. Born February 23, 1934 in Tazewell County, Virginia, she was a daughter of the late Jake Cleve Bailey and Narcie Ray Bailey Perkins. A lifelong resident of the area, she was a loving mother and grandmother and a member of Venia Chapel Freewill Baptist Church. She loved to quilt and do needle crafts and she was a member of Rowe Senior Citizens. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Harmon Ball; one infant daughter, Teresa Jean Ball and two daughters-in-law, Geneva Ball and Jackie Ball. Survivors include four children, Elmer Ball and wife, Reva of Council, Virginia, Herman Ball of Grundy, Virginia, Trula Presley and husband, Charlie of Lebanon, Virginia and Beulah Dye and husband, Gary of Vansant, Virginia; one sister, Dollie Wornstaff of Ohio; three brothers, Hassell Bailey of South Carolina, Paul Bailey of Hurley, Virginia and Marvin Bailey of Narrows, Virginia; special aunt, Flossie Rasnake of Abingdon, Virginia; eight grandchildren, Delmer Ball, Nathan Ball, Sonya Charles, Crystol Jessee, Beth Gibbs, Dwain Gilbert, Jason Dye and Britney Colley; thirteen great-grandchildren, one step-great-grandchild and several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 AM Friday in the Honaker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Wendell Harris officiating. Interment will follow in the Ketron Memorial Gardens in Lebanon, Virginia. Pallbearers will be grandsons and great-grandsons. Granddaughters and great-granddaughters will serve as honorary pallbearers. The family will receive friends after 6 PM Thursday at the Honaker Funeral Home where an evening service will be conducted at 7 PM.
