VA Birth Reg states born April 6, 1865, a twin buried in Idaho 'Uncle Donnie' as he was called moved his family to Bonner's Ferry, Idaho and lived on a ranch that was given to settlers coming into that part of the country during the 1800's.  He was a rancher and bear hunter and looked the part of a typical western man with a long flowing white beard.  He made  several trips back to Virginia, always alone, to visit his family.  He and Carrie were divorced when he was 60 years old.  He was away on a trip and when he returned Carrie had divorced him and moved out.  She only lived 1 year after the divorce.  [1]
