Survivors include his widow Mrs. Ruth Lockhart Clipse; three daughters, a son, Phil of Danville, Ohio; a sister, Mrs Nellie Farmer, Mount Vernon, Ohio; brothers, Joe of Mount Vernon, Ohio; Clyde, Bill, Morrell and E. B. Clipse all of Kingsport. Funeral services will last Himer Funeral be at Home Danville, Ohio at 2 p.m. Sunday. Burial will be in Mounl Vernon Memorial Gardens.
