  Notes	OBITUARY GROVER Maynard Porter, age 72, of 5932 Dairy Road N.E., died Wednesday, April 18, 1990 in a Roanoke Hospital. He was formerly of Falls Church, Va. and was a member of Southview United Methodist Church. Mr. Porter was a retired employee from the Government Printing Office, Washington, D.C. He was also employed for several years with the Pam American Union and the Library of Congress in Washington, D.C. He is survived by his wife, Virginia C. Porter; one son, Michael R. Porter, Roanoke; two brothers, Arden H. Porter, Roanoke; Emory E. Porter, Salem. Funeral services will be conducted from Oakey\'s North Chapel, at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 21 with the Rev. G. Thomas Brown officiating. Burial will be in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. Friends may call Oakey\'s North Chapel after 3:00 p.m. Friday. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Friday.
