In the name of God amen I Thomas Hurst being in perfect Sence & memory thanks be to Almighty God for the same but Calling to mind the uncertainty of this Transitory Life herein I now Live & willing to put in Order that small Estate Which God of his great mercy hath bestowed upon me do
Constitute & appoint this to be my Last will & testam.t revoking all will or wills tesam.t or testaments here to fore made or Caused to be made by me & this only to be my Last will & testam.t In manner & form as followeth first I bequeath my Soul to Almighty God my maker & to Jesus Christ my Savior & redeemer & to the holy Gost my Santifier First trusting in the merrits [sic] of Jesus Christ I shall Enjoy Everlasting life & my body to the Earth from Whence it was taken there to be Buried in a Christian Like manner as my Exors shall seem meet & Convienent
Item I give & bequeath unto my beloved Wife the manner Plantation & Improvements hereunto in during y. Term of her widowhood.
Item I give & bequeath unto my son John Hurst the manner Plantation after my wifes Widowhood to him & his heirs forever.
Item I give & bequeath unto my son Spencer Hurst thirty Acres Land in a Small Plantation Lying on the South side of the manner Plantation -Joyning to Harveys Line after my wifes Widowhood to him & his heirs forever.
Item I give and bequeath to my son John Hurst a young Cow to him & his heirs.
Item I give & bequeath unto my son Spencer Hurst the Small Gun & the first Colt that the bay mare has to him and his heirs.
Item I give & bequeath unto my daughter Winefred one shilling & to her son Thos. Dameron two young Ews to them & their heirs.
Item I give & bequeath unto my wife & four youngest daughters all the rest of my Moveable Estate to be Equally divided after her widowhood to them & their heirs.

Nanny Hurst a Certificate is granted her for obtaining Letters of Admin. with the will Anexed in due form.
