  Notes	"A Chronicle of the Kings of England by Sir Richard Baker, Knight." London, 1660. He recovered all of the lands which his father had lost. But in the '7th of Henry III. (1233) he also had his lands, distrained by Virtue of the King's precept for omitting to repair to Court at the feast of Whitsuntide, there to receive the dignity of Knighthood, as was required by law. But the next year on doing his homage be was by the Sheriff of Somerset and Dorset reinstated in his possessions,. He died 31st of Henry III. (1247) leaving issue William his son and heir.
