Survivors include his loving wife of 62 years, who never left his side, Frances L. (Sawyers) Neel; daughters, Lisa (Sandy Tippie) Neel and Kelly (Danny) Brown; son, Michael (Linda) Neel; grandchildren, Michelle, Stephanie, Jason, Melisa, Melissa, James, Robert, Nick; 17 great-grand-children and one great-great-grand-child on the way; nieces, nephews and many friends.
