- Phoebe did not marry the father of her children. His name does not appear on any of their marriage records or death certificates, except for her youngest child, Mollie Rosa Beavers Pack. Her husband, John Riley Pack, gave her father's name as Henry Harrison. John had been close friends with her older brother James F. Pack since they were teenagers, so he knew the family well. He is a likely reliable source.
Research in continuing on which Henry Harrison it is. At this time no DNA matches have been found from my mother on Ancestry with a Harrison cousin, so the father can't be confirmed.
